Group dreamwork can help with problem-solving

If you're looking for a way to delve into your unconscious and learn more about yourself, the study of your dreams is a great place to begin.

Miriam's Well in Saugerties offers two monthly dream circles in which groups of people come together to help each other interpret their dreams.

"Dreams are very deep and profound and really important in terms of giving us new awareness to all kinds of things in our lives," said Susan Rosen, owner and director of Miriam's Well. They're also really good for problem solving, she said.
